Position Overview
The Manager of Clinical Operations will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective clinical service delivery. This role involves overseeing key operational functions, including credentialing, payor enrollment, process development, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management skills, coupled with a commitment to improving patient outcomes in a telemedicine environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credentialing and Payor Enrollment:

    • Manage and streamline credentialing processes for clinical staff.
    • Oversee payor enrollment to ensure compliance and timely reimbursements.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance clinical operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting:

    • Establish metrics to track clinical performance and operational efficiency.
    • Generate actionable insights through performance reporting.
  • Systems and Tools Management:

    • Set up and manage systems and tools to support clinical operations.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve tools to meet evolving needs.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports within the Clinical Operations team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in clinical operations, with a focus on credentialing, payor enrollment, and process development.
  • Strong background in data analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience in setting up and managing operational systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in telemedicine, healthcare technology, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
