vendor account managers, acting as a strategic partner to understand their evolving

against client staffing requirements, providing timely and tailored recruitment solutions.
● Drive business expansion by proactively identifying new opportunities through cold
calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads, while maintaining active engagement with
both new and existing clients.
● Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to solidify relationships,
address challenges, and identify new business opportunities.
● Collaborate with internal teams to source candidates using social media platforms,
recruitment websites, and our proprietary database, ensuring the best possible match for
client needs.
● Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals, gather market intelligence, and
identify new business leads, contributing to the growth of the organization.
● Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to all relevant stakeholders,
facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving.
● Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client and candidate inquiries with
professionalism and efficiency to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients at all
organizational levels, including senior executives.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence
stakeholders.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
● Solid understanding of IT business, sales, and recruitment processes from contract
negotiations to contract closures.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry.
● Demonstrated success in business development and account management, with a
