Job Requirements:
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers.
- Oversee a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery against client staffing requirements, providing timely and tailored recruitment solutions.
- Drive business expansion by proactively identifying new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads, while maintaining active engagement with both new and existing clients.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to solidify relationships, address challenges, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals, gather market intelligence, and identify new business leads, contributing to the growth of the organization.
- Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to all relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client and candidate inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of IT business, sales, and recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closures.
