Service Coordinator Intern
Your Role
This summer BeaconMedaes is offering a full-time summer internship. We are seeking a Service Coordinator Intern to help support our team. This internship provides the opportunity to work with our Service Support team, getting to know how we provide our customers with the highest possible service level. This summer internship is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Responsibilities are focused on the following:
- Disposition documentation in the system to better prepare for audits
- Assist the team with processing work-in-progress orders and following up on purchase orders
- Help provide regular updates to customers regarding service orders
- Participate in Service Coordination team meetings and trainings
- Perform other service support duties as assigned
To succeed, you will need
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 programs (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Fast learner with an efficient way of working
- Ability to succeed in fast paced situations
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
- Customer oriented
Work Schedule:
- Students should be able to commit to 40 hours/week employment during the internship program and be able to work on-site at our Rock Hill, SC facility.
- Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance.
Education:
- Rising Junior or Senior as an Undergraduate student at an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational institution.
- Obtaining a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business-related degree are welcome to apply.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
