Salary : $21-$24 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities will include customer service, order entry, and office administration responsibilities. This role will interface with sales, engineering, production, quality, and accounting personnel to service and support customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely customer service and support (via email and phone).
- Maintain accurate customer data and log customer communications in our ERP system. Other tasks include order entry, order confirmation, schedule changes, shipping details, tracking information, etc.
- Help expedite and process sample requests (identify which part, find location and shipping of parts).
- Participate in cross-functional teams on special projects for professional growth and development or key business objectives.
- Manage general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee office organization and cleanliness, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Assist with coordinating company events.
- Performs other related duties as requested or assigned
