We are seeking a full-time, in-office administrative manager who can oversee administrative operations and maintain day-to-day accounting functions.

About The Role

• This position supervises our administrative assistant, reports to the COO, works with all departments, and receives support and guidance from our fractional CFO & Controller.
• In all responsibilities, operates with the highest regard for integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and security. Meets required deadlines.
• Accounting: maintain day-to-day accounting records, supervise AR, process AP, monitor cash flow, plan disbursements, maintain positive customer and vendor relations, abide by internal controls. Think “full-charge bookkeeper”.
• Administrative: Manage accounts (like employee credit cards, banking access) and systems access, records management, asset records.
• Opportunity and ability to be involved in developing new systems and processes as the company grows. Note: We are NOW in the process of implementing a new ERP system.
• Corporate: state and federal compliance like business licenses, insurance audits, etc.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience with a high level of administrative responsibilities in a company of similar size (20 employees).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience in bookkeeping.
• Working in a cloud-based and modern environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Quickbooks and the Google ecosystem would be very helpful.
• Experience with payroll processing is helpful but not necessary.
