What are the responsibilities and job description for the Homeowner Association Manager position at Beal Properties?
This position will manage and oversee day-to-day homeowner association operations. These task include direct communication with home/property owners, Association Directors and vendors on a regular basis, attending and participating in HOA meetings, and oversight of projects . Requires a professional attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and an energetic disposition. We offer hands-on training, educational and credentialing opportunities as well as a very strong and supportive office staff. Previous Association Management experience is a plus, but any experience in a property management environment is helpful.
Summary
As an Association Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the effective management of community associations. Reporting to the Director of Association Management, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and property management to enhance resident satisfaction and ensure compliance State and Federal statutes. Your premium skills in conflict management will be essential in navigating resident concerns. Additionally, your relevant skills in negotiation and administrative tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of the community, fostering a collaborative environment among residents and their Association.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in association or property management
- Knowledge Texas Property Code and Association Law
- Proficiency in conflict management and negotiation
- Familiarity with Appfolio software, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
- Administrative experience in real estate or legal settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
