Responsible for selection, development and performance management of warehouse team.
Planning, analysis and strategic goal setting to achieve daily, weekly and annual objectives. Strong communication skills to ensure collaboration within warehouse shifts.
Ability to continuously improve process by observation, analysis, project planning and strategic execution.
