Star Hill Farm Nature Experience Specialist
The following position is open in Loretto Kentucky, United States. This position will be based at the Maker’s Mark distillery which is approximately 20 miles south of Bardstown, KY.

Role Responsibilities
- You will lead Star Hill Farm experiences, and collaborate with all necessary parties to ensure that each experience progresses our Force for Good mission
- You will be the primary host for all Star Hill Farm experiences
- You will ensure that all experience approvals and safety messaging are adhered to throughout the year
- Maintain the quality and effectiveness of Star Hill Farm resources, such as vehicles, experiential areas, tool kits etc.
- Work with the Star Hill Farm Advocacy & Experience Manager and Star Hill Farm production team to understand growing seasons, available produce, and other resources intended to enhance the experience.
- This role will be responsible for communicating our various certifications and initiatives such as Regenify Tier 2 and B Corp to our guests and internal stakeholders
- You will be responsible for the wellness and good behavior of the Star Hill Farm working dog whilst out on experiences with you and your guests
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality sector of the spirits industry
- Highly energetic and motivated person – capable of activating Maker’s Mark VIP hospitality vision & Force for Good initiatives across the 1100 acres of StarHill Farm
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely strong communication (written and oral)
- PC application proficiency in the areas of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PPT and Word
- Understanding of spirits industry business acumen including knowledge of the three-tier system
- Education- College Degree in Agriculture or Experience working in Agriculture preferred

Salary : $34,500 - $43,600
