As a Seasonal Representative on the StuyTown Leasing team, you’ll set the tone for our future residents by having great customer service and administration skills.

What you will do:
  • Conduct a high volume of property tours with new clients in an enthusiastic, exciting and compelling manner.
  • Illustrate to prospective tenants why StuyTown is the best place to live while building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Communicate the leasing process to applicants.
  • Communicate landlord policies and house rules.
  • Effectively follow up with prospective renters via telephone and email.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
What you should have:
  • High stamina and comfortable shoes that will allow for a large number of property tours to be conducted covering our 80 acre community.
  • A “can-do attitude” with the ability to multitask and remain calm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and wants to build an effective career in sales.
  • The desire to become a StuyTown apartment expert who is engaging and informative in all interactions.
  • Experience in customer service, sales and/or real estate.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work weekends (required)
  • Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.
What we offer:
We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place. We aren’t perfect, but we will try to set very clear expectations, always let you know where you stand, and do everything in our power to help you get where you want to go.
Hourly Rate: $22.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
