As a Part-Time Fitness Facilitator on the Health & Wellness team, you’ll be able to assist residents with maintaining a healthy lifestyle by managing our fitness programs.

What you will do:
- Be a point person that members and team members are comfortable approaching for whatever they need.
- Maintain a beautiful space; cleaning equipment, towel-washing/display, tidy locker rooms, retail sales and other front desk attendant responsibilities deemed necessary by Fitness Center management.
- Welcome and assist all residents and members in a friendly and professional manner. Greeting members with an enthusiastic and energizing vibe – an inspiration for wellness.
- Contribute to the team, the member experience and the club to create a better community.
What you should have:
- The ability to connect and engage with others and communicate efficiently and effectively.
- Customer service and customer facing experience.
- Knowledge of the health, fitness and/or wellness industry.
- Basic computer skills and technology knowledge.
- A desire to grow and take on ever-increasing responsibility.
- Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Base Salary: $20.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
