What you will do:
- Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
- Perform upkeep and janitorial duties to ensure our community is always in great condition.
- Perform snow removal during the winter season.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents. You represent the company and our core values.
- Assist the team by covering the Concierge lunch break – (must be comfortable with computers and be able to multitask). Receive deliveries, unpack, and store maintenance equipment and materials.
- Support site and operations as assigned by your manager.

Base Salary: $20.93
