As an Accounts Receivable Representative team member, you should be:

What you will do:
- Perform daily lease administration functions to process move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and adjustments on a timely basis into the operating systems with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for both residential and commercial tenants
- Process required banking information for creation/withdrawal of security deposit funds during move-in/out cycle via JPMC ESAP Portal at the residential and commercial tenant level
- Execute residential vacates within 14-day regulatory timeframe, applying all move-out charges against the security deposit with any remaining refund issued via EFT or check
- Provide high level of customer service to our residents and commercial tenants via email ticketing system/emails and timely telephone interaction with polite resolution; regular and timely communication updates are required through closure.
- Serve as a utility player, shifting across the Beam portfolio to support accounts receivable activities, ranging from resident billing adjustments to commercial submetering charges across both Yardi and MRI
What you should have:
- Practical understanding (3 years) of Accounts Receivable administration for multifamily residents and retail/commercial tenants
- Hands-on knowledge of real estate operating systems to perform activities in Yardi and MRI
- Comfortable learning and navigating different tools (i.e., vendor sites, bank portals, etc.)
- Problem solving ability to address questions on residential tenant ledgers, customer billing questions, and retail/commercial charges
- Prior customer service experience essential to managing multiple resident and commercial needs with appropriate messaging and soft skills to de-escalate situations
- Adept at juggling multiple deliverables through to closure while keeping stakeholders apprised of status
- Regular user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an advanced beginner level
- Solid verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Maturity to keep direct reporting manager apprised of activities while supporting a dotted line reporting matrix of responsibilities and duties
- Able to support a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Thursday plus one additional day) with occasional overtime as approved for work deliverables

Base Salary: $23-$25 per hour
