As a Seasonal Administrative Assistant, on the Kips Bay Court team, you’ll be very impactful in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you will do:
- You’re the face of the team. Being the first person, our guests interact with, you’ll assist the team by greeting and registering clients, managing tour schedules, taking calls and inquiries in an enthusiastic, exciting and compelling manner.
- Setting the tone. You’ll be preparing and setting up a display of welcome bag items for our new residents.
- Keeping the team and office organized. To provide excellent customer service, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the spaces are presentable for our guests and that our guests are kept happy while waiting.
- Communicate landlord policies and house rules.
- Move-in experience coordinator. Escort new residents to their apartments on their move-in day.
- Communicate and ensure the required paperwork, fees, rent and security checks, and other lease documents required by the landlord are received on a timely basis
What you should have:
- The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
- An analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
- The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Hospitality experience preferred, specifically relating to guest experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Base Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly
This role is not eligible to receive commission.
