As a Seasonal Resident Services Specialist on the Resident Services team, you’ll provide residents with a warm and friendly greeting while assisting in the inquiries and requests.

What you will do:
  • Provide residents with a warm and friendly in person greeting.
  • Process in-person resident requests acting as our Resident Experience Receptionist.
  • Manage a large amount of in- person requests and emails, ensuring residents receive a timely and accurate response.
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance work orders, answer general inquiries, and be a calm and welcoming presence.
  • Work with our trades team to schedule complex maintenance requests and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Be a friendly face that represents the company as a point person for all resident communication.
  • Serve as an example of excellent customer service, delivering on our core value to “Be a Good Neighbor.”
  • Provide residents with solutions to their problems. We use a number of different applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Brivo) to address a wide variety of issues.
  • “Do The Right Thing” when helping a resident.
  • Handle resident inquiries through phone calls, emails, and cases.
  • Use de-escalating techniques to actively listen and respond to residents with empathy.
What you should have:
  • A bold desire to get things done, making sure we are delivering on our promises.
  • Strong understanding of customer service. Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Technology skills as you will use our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and phone system to assist residents throughout the day.
  • Patience to handle complex issues.
  • An ability to follow standard operating procedures in a high volume, fast paced environment; without compromising work quality.
  • Strong communication skills as you will spend your time communicating with residents and team members.
  • The ability to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
  • An analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
  • The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
  • A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
  • A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

What we offer:.

Base Salary: $20.69/hourly
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
