As a Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll support our President and the Executive Leadership Team, and the organization, in reaching our goals, taking care of our residents today and reshaping communities to attract the resident of the future.

What you will do:

  • Prioritization & Efficiency: Assist the President in prioritizing tasks, projects, and commitments by managing calendars, meeting planning, and other executive responsibilities to optimize their time and productivity.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and other Executive team members on behalf of the President.
  • Gatekeeper & Gateway: Act as a gatekeeper for the President, screen and filter all incoming requests and communications to manage their time effectively and escalate relevant information to the President as needed.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the President's schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensure there are no conflicts, and provide timely reminders.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Expense Management: Handle expense reports and financial matters, track expenses, and ensure they are accurately documented.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to the President as needed, including managing personal appointments and errands.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and offer solutions to challenges faced by the President.


What you should have:

  • Superb Professionalism and Confidentiality: The ideal candidate must demonstrate unwavering professionalism and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Trustworthiness and confidentiality are paramount in this role.
  • Prior Executive Assistant Experience: We require a candidate with a proven track record as a Senior Executive Assistant, with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in supporting C-level executives. Experience in a fast-paced environment will be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in this role. The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Executive Assistant will be expected to make informed decisions and handle complex situations with poise and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills are essential in tackling challenges that may arise.
  • Technical Proficiency: The candidate should have a solid understanding and technical experience in efficiently using a variety of software platforms and tools commonly utilized in an executive support role. Proficiency in office productivity suites, calendar management tools, and communication platforms is essential.

Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 annually

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
