Your Impact:

• Serve as an on-site representative of a large building envelope division to represent owner’s interests in projects and contractor’s adherence to quality standards and schedules
• Perform forensic investigative services for water intrusion
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and the contractors on task
• Act as a liaison between the client and contractor

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 3 years building envelope (roofing/waterproofing) experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license: this position requires driving to job sites
• Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

• You have Credentials of Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and/or Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO)
• You are proficient in PlanGrid
• You are bilingual in English & Spanish
