PURPOSE OF POSITION & REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Responsible for ensuring all information provided by builders is correct and financial obligations are met by clients.
REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
Education
High school diploma/GED equivalent is required for this position.
Experience
Experience is not required; one or more years of construction industry experience is preferred.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- This person must possess a high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Basic skillset utilizing computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and across functional teams.
- Must be able to multi-task and proceed with objectives under limited or no supervision.
ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS
Responsibilities:
- Use daily schedule to pull builder specifications, selections, and purchase orders and input into Acumatica (internal software system)
- Work in between all internal departments to coordinate all aspects of information and verify validity of all information from builders.
- Verify purchase orders and communicate with accounting to resolve any issues or concerns
- Request payment for additional work as needed.
- Validate information in internal systems to ensure correctness; if there is incorrect information in system, update with the correct information.
- Print all shipments in house to hand off to warehouse if applicable.
- Print plans and pre punches for distribution to sub contractors.
- Assist in cross-training other employees, to ensure successful completion of all faucets of this job description.
- Support area managers with any information or help they may request.
- Manage inbox of email and check builder website to create daily, two-week schedule.
- Communicate with area managers to review projects starting the following day. .
- Add job information to Acumatica (internal computer software) for permits, locates, etc.
- Set up jobs in Acumatica (internal computer software).
Relationships with Others
- Works in a supportive and collaborative manner with the Residential Support Manager and other residential operations.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with other Hallway Plumbing employees.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with external contacts of Hallway Plumbing.
- Coordinates with all other employees in a manner, which maximizes overall business effectiveness.
Physical Demand
- Lifts up to 25 pounds from the floor to waist level and able to carry such objects for at least 50 feet.
- Capable of driving and taking various forms of transportation to get to job sites when necessary.
Judgment & Decision Making
- Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning in regard to daily administration of all functions and activities associated with this position.
- Demonstrates good judgment in regard to providing information and advice to the Residential Support Manager in regard to priorities.
- Demonstrates good judgment in regards to escalating issues, which are beyond the scope and control of this position in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Seeks guidance and direction from appropriate members within the organization as may be required in the performance of responsibilities and duties.

- Consistently demonstrates the ability to recognize and deal with priorities in a manner related to high level administrative activities and duties.
- Uses available time during any workday in a wise and productive manner to maximize work efficiencies.
