Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Project Estimator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be tasked with gaining Commercial Maintenance Contracts for Bean Brothers Landscaping. This position includes 80% offense and 20% defensive. Meaning that 80% of the time you will be going to businesses in our service area to win over commercial contracts for us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen and a keen ability to conduct thorough research to identify market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Review and draft legal documents related to sales agreements.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and pricing strategies.
- Oversee compliance management processes to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
