We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of fencing, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.
- Assemble fence panels and gates according to specifications.
- Perform masonry work as needed for fence installation.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods and materials.
- Utilize concrete forming techniques for setting fence posts securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide landscape maintenance services as required during or after installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in frame carpentry or related construction fields.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of hardscape installation is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
