We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead an irrigation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks related to irrigation installs, repairs, and maintenance are executed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will contribute to creating and maintaining stunning gardens and landscapes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of your crew to ensure high-quality irrigation and landscaping.
- Oversee irrigation projects along with, from time to time planting, pruning, and irrigation systems installation and maintenance.
- Train team members on proper techniques irrigation Installs, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Implement best practices for groundskeeping to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
Skills
- Proven experience in Irrigation, landscaping, etc.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, lawn care practices, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while ensuring productivity among team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in executing landscaping tasks.
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety protocols.
