Project Estimator

Duties:

• Reach out to potential customers with warmth and enthusiasm, introducing them to our exceptional products and services.
• Foster and maintain genuine relationships with customers through excellent communication and a heartfelt approach to service.
• Listen to our customers’ needs and recommend just the right products or solutions to meet their goals.
• Strive to meet or exceed our shared targets and objectives as a team.
• Provide prompt and accurate information about pricing, product features, and delivery options, ensuring customers feel informed and valued.
• Collaborate with your fellow team members to develop innovative strategies for expanding our reach and serving more customers.
• Keep your knowledge fresh about our products, services, and industry trends, so you can provide the best guidance possible.

Requirements:

• A track record of success in telemarketing or a customer-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills that shine both in conversation and writing.
• Ability to share technical information with clarity and confidence.
• Resilience and the ability to keep a positive outlook, even when faced with challenges.
• A sense of accountability and commitment to our mission and values.
• Skills in identifying and connecting with property managers, property owners, maintenance supervisors, or those who oversee lawn care agreements.
• A strong focus on customer service and relationship-building, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and as part of our close-knit team.
• Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions with care.
• This position is commission-based only; there is no base salary.

Pay: $28,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
