Position Overview
As a Customer Service person, you are responsible for establishing warm and sincere contact with each and every guest; setting up the drive thru, lobby, and front line areas; taking and filling orders; keeping your area clean and stocked; and for insuring product holding times are properly labeled. The Cashier must always be warm and sincere to the guests while performing the required tasks in a quick and efficient manner, always being aware of the guests waiting to be served. You may need to provide explanations or assurance to new guests about how to best enjoy their dining experience.
Qualifications
- A smiling face, an upbeat attitude, be sociable and outgoing
- Possess good customer service and cash handling skills
- To be dependable and trustworthy
- Stand for up to 8 hours
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
