Union Kitchen - Food Expeditor

Union Kitchen is looking for a kitchen food expeditor to join our team. This position is for Friday & Saturday evenings as well as Sunday brunch availability. Union Kitchen is a Wine Spectator Award winning restaurant serving New American cuisine. Our mission is to provide a truly unforgettable dining experience through excellent hospitality, delicious food and beverage, and unparalleled professionalism.

Kitchen food expeditors are a key member of our dining experience as they ensure that all food gets out of the kitchen to the table in a timely manner. To succeed in this role you must have the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must demonstrate attention to detail and have a strong level of communication. Weekend availability is also a must. Responsibilities include expediting food, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and ultimately performing any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality guest experience in alignment with Bean Restaurant Group standards.
