- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience in proofreading documents to ensure high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles is a plus.
