We are looking for a meticulous, people-focused, driven individual with effective communication skills to ensure that our customers continue to receive the absolute best customer experience from our team from start to finish. What you'll be doing:
- Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
- Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
- Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
- Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
- Collect as builds information in a timely manner
- Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
- All other duties as assigned.

- Must have a valid BC Driver s License
- Maintain a high standard of quality while following the employer s safety standards and policies
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills;
- Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
- Must be able to work shift work.
