Qualified Applicants Must Have:
Track record and ability to build a great team
3-5 years of hands-on management experience in a commercial kitchen environment
Can-do attitude, and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Business skills to handle profit and loss responsibility for a multi-faceted operation
Learn-it-all, versus a Know-it-all mindset
Creativity to deliver delicious food items profitably
Enthusiasm to be part of a growing team that contributes to the community
Salary will be commensurate with experience and would be augmented with a performance bonus component.
