Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage with community leaders, schools, organizations, and families to build relationships and promote awareness of our services.
- Identify and connect with families of children facing emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them understand and access available support services.
- Attend and organize outreach events, workshops, and meetings to network with families and community partners.
- Serve as a compassionate and approachable point of contact for families, walking them through the service intake process.
- Translate promotional materials, documents, and client communications into Spanish to ensure accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure services provided are culturally sensitive and meet client needs.
- Report on outreach activities, progress, and community feedback to management.
