Beanstalk is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team! This role supports the development and expansion of several of our clients’ licensing programs across a range of product categories, with a focus on Lifestyle, Hard Goods, Fashion, Accessories, and Food. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of some of the world’s most recognizable brands—including Diageo (Guinness, Baileys, Captain Morgan), Pennzoil, and the U.S. Army while collaborating with colleagues and partners across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
Responsibilities include:
- Become an expert in client brand guidelines and product development processes, including regulatory and licensing requirements
- Manage product development workflows from concept through launch, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met
- Oversee product, packaging, and marketing initiatives submitted by licensing partners through proprietary approval systems
- Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with client brand, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth product launches
- Participate in product innovation and trend reviews to identify opportunities and category white space
- Monitor competitive landscape, consumer feedback, and trends to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a key liaison between licensing partners and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day client and licensee relationship management alongside Beanstalk’s brand teams
- Help execute strategic, creative projects that align with overall client business goals
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in licensing and/or product development with a strong interest in Lifestyle, Hard Goods, Fashion, Accessories, and Food. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate should also be resourceful and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
Salary range: mid 50's - mid 60's bonus - Actual salary to commensurate with experience and will vary based on numerous factors.
