EXPERIENCED BARISTA

BeanThru is HIRING!! We are looking for baristas at our VERY busy drive-thru coffee shops, but mainly our (even busier!) newest location inside Allegheny General Hospital.

First, the money. . . All our baristas at AGH currently make AT LEAST $20-22/hour. Our best & friendliest baristas consistently make more than that. (This is hourly pay tips).

Secondly, the hours. . . the shifts vary based on location. For our AGH location, we are looking for baristas who can ideally do a mix of mornings & afternoons, or afternoons only. We open at 6:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM. Normal shift times are 5:45 AM - 12:30 PM, 7 AM - 3:30 PM and 12:30 PM until close. We aren't open on the weekends so you'd have your weekends off!

(We aren't looking for anyone who can ONLY do mornings but if you can only do afternoons, please feel free to apply!)

Thirdly, the location(s)...we have 2 drive-thru only locations… One in Bellevue on Ohio River Blvd, and another spot in Shaler on Rt. 8., a 3rd location located within the hospital on Rt. 19 in Wexford and this 4th location inside AGH. Currently, we are hiring for mainly our new AGH location. However, you have to have transportation to be able to work a little bit at all locations when/if necessary.

So, here is who we are looking for: GENUINELY FRIENDLY people ONLY. The only impression our customers get about our business is from their experience with YOU. You HAVE to be friendly, cheerful & welcoming. You have to be on time, every time. No excuses, you can never ever be late. Former barista experience is highly preferred, but we can overlook that if you are extremely friendly!
