Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils as needed during meal preparation and service.
- Properly dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Help with basic food prep tasks as required by the kitchen team.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
