About the Role

Position: Business Development and Operations Coordinator

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Operations: Enhance workflow, manage resources, and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Experiences: Create a welcoming environment, upholding our reputation for top-tier care and service.
• Drive Community Engagement: Lead marketing initiatives, manage social media, and foster community outreach to attract new patients.
• Support Revenue Growth: Contribute to strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable growth without compromising care standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
