About the Role
- Location: Hoboken, NJ
- Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
- Full-Time Hours: Five days per week, selected from Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) and occasional Saturdays (8 AM - 3 PM). The exact schedule will be determined upon hiring.
As a Clinical Assistant you will:

Compensation & Career Growth Opportunities
Entry-Level: $38,000 - $44,000
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior dental experience required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
Intermediate-Level: $44,000 - $52,000
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare, administration, hospitality, psychology, business, communication, education, marketing); OR
- Certification in dental/medical assisting with 1 years of experience in a clinic (X-ray license required); OR
- 2 years in a dental or medical clinic without certification; OR
- 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, delivering high-quality client interactions
Senior-Level: $52,000 - $56,000 (Currently no open positions, but we welcome top candidates)
- 2 years in a dental or medical clinic, including 1 years in a leadership role (Dental radiology license required); OR
- Supervisory experience in hospitality or healthcare settings
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring patient comfort
- Take and develop dental radiographs (Digital & PSP) with precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinic environment
- Sterilize instruments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Manage and track dental supplies for daily clinic operations
- Engage with patients and families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and insurance verification
- Support marketing efforts, including community outreach and social media engagement
