About the Role:
- Title: Pediatric Clinical Assistant
- Location: Hoboken or Montvale, NJ (Candidates will be assigned to a specific location based on their preference)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm) and some Saturdays (8 am - 3 pm)
- Full-time employees will be scheduled for 5 days per week from the available days

Compensation:
Entry-Level: $38,000 - $44,000
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior dental experience required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal for individuals interested in healthcare, dentistry, or customer service who are seeking an entry point into a rewarding career with opportunities to grow
Intermediate-Level: $44,000 - $52,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (healthcare, administration, hospitality, psychology, business, communication, education, marketing) OR
- Certification in dental or medical assisting with 1 years of experience in a dental or medical clinic (X-ray license required) OR
- 2 years in hospitality or customer-facing roles, focusing on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with a positive attitude and work with minimal supervision once training is completed
- Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team, with potential for future advancement
Senior-Level: $52,000 - $56,000 (Note: There is currently no open senior-level position, but we are always interested in meeting exceptional candidates with these qualifications)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (healthcare, administration, hospitality, psychology, business, communication, education, marketing) or certification in dental or medical assisting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical clinic, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Dental radiology license strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff, improving clinic efficiency and delivering exceptional patient care
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently and contribute to the clinic's long-term success

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency in treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (Digital & PSP) with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized
- Sterilize instruments and adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Manage, track, and order dental supplies to ensure the clinic is always well-stocked and prepared for daily operations
- Engage with patients and families to provide a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and an organized schedule
- Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling appointments or verifying insurances
- Support marketing strategies, including community outreach, social media marketing, and school visits to promote the clinic’s services
