Bear Brook Pediatric Dentistry is an innovative and leading upscale private pediatric dental clinic, known for its comprehensive, airway-focused approach to patient care. We specialize in early orthodontic intervention, frenectomy procedures for tethered oral tissues, and growth-focused treatments to optimize oral health from an early age.

Position Overview

We are seeking a part-time orthodontist to provide specialized premium orthodontic care within our pediatric practice. The ideal candidate values patient-centered treatment, enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration, and is passionate about working with children.

• Location: Hoboken, NJ (New York Metropolitan Area)
• Available Days: One day per month to start (Either Wednesday: 12 PM – 7 PM or Saturday: 8 AM – 2:30 PM), with the potential to increase days as demand grows.
• Practice Type: Fee-for-Service & Private Insurance (PPO Only)
• Compensation: $1,200/day Guaranteed salary $100 bonus per each Phase 1 or Phase 2 case signed (No waiting period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthodontic care, including early interceptive treatment, Phase 1 & Phase 2 orthodontic cases.
• Collaborate with our pediatric dental team to develop growth-focused and airway-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients and parents on treatment options, timelines, and best practices.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to engage new patients, increase visibility, and promote orthodontic services.
• Create a fun, engaging experience for children, particularly for Phase 1 orthodontic treatments.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ADA-accredited Orthodontic Residency program
• Active New Jersey Dental License
• New Jersey Orthodontic Specialty Permit (Required Before Start Date)
• Passion for working with children and delivering high-quality patient care
