Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing restoration projects from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure that restoration efforts are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and supervise restoration crews during projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct initial assessments and damage evaluations to develop restoration plans.
- Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, mold remediation, structural repairs, and rebuilds as needed.
- Serve as an on-call technician on assigned nights/weekends.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report updates to project management and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation including project logs, reports, and photographs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restoration services with a minimum of 3 years in a restoration technician position.
- Certification in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and/or fire restoration (IICRC certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
