We are seeking a self-starter and self-motivated individual for the role of Project Manager in Florida. This position requires someone who can work independently, as they will be the primary representative managing projects in this region. The Project Manager provides overall project management administration and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Offers technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are performed in accordance with design, safety, budget and scheduling. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for construction projects. Accomplishes all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company’s culture, corporate vision, ethics and code of conduct.
- Review project proposal or plan to determine and establish time frame, work plan, funding limitations, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources of various phases of the project.
- Review all bid packages prior to distribution to bidders and review all correspondence/proposals prior to submission to client to insure accuracy and thoroughness.
- Oversee/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendents to ensure project is built in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Included interfacing with client representatives, architectural and engineering representatives and subcontractors.
- Plan, coordinate and/or manage activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
- Periodic inspection of job site.
- Ensure all company, client and project policies/procedures are adhered to as specified.
- Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity
- Accommodate additional responsibilities as assumed through personal initiative or assigned by management.

- 5 years of experience in Commercial Construction
- Interior Renovation and M.E.P. Experience
- JOC Experience
- Advance knowledge of construction principles and practices required
- Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving and motivational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite skills
- A strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
