General Laborer
Primary responsibilities:
- Remove trees and debris.
- Assist in servicing machines, including pumps, compressors, generators, tractors, and trailers.
- Mix, pump, rake and shovel concrete.
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Assist project operators, and supervisors/managers.
- Install traffic control devices.
- Dig trenches.
- Install sewer, water, and storm drainpipes.
- Work around and with concrete and asphalt on roads, parking areas and driveways.
- Operate air, electric, gas powered and pneumatic tools.
- Operate pavement breakers; jackhammers; earth tampers; concrete, mortar, and mixers.
- Flag for traffic control
- Learn new trades.
- Travel throughout the State of WV and surrounding States.
- Safety oriented and willing to be taught OSHA safety requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
