CNC Mill Setup Technician

BEAR CREEK ARSENAL located in Sanford, NC, is seeking a motivated and results-driven skilled CNC Mill Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) mills to produce high-quality components and parts according to precise specifications. Your expertise will ensure that our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to maintain the highest standards of production. This position requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and setting up CNC machines for production runs, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also monitor the machines during operation to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in mill machining or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in operating and setting up CNC mill machines.
