Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
- Provide medication management services and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
- Supervisory experience of 6 months or more in a health-related field.
- The ability to read physician orders and match them to Medication administration records.
