We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, promote independence, and enhance overall well-being. You will work directly with residents, building strong relationships and providing emotional support and education on health-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education on health-related topics
• Participate in care conferences to discuss resident progress and goals
Requirements
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• 1 year of experience in gerontological nursing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
