Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Participate in care conferences to discuss resident progress and goals
Requirements
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• 1 year of experience in gerontological nursing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
