We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and experience in a kitchen setting or catering setting. We are a Detox/Residential rehabilitation program for substance abuse. The day to day would include planning, prepping and serving lunch and dinner for 16 or less people.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Plan and execute menus for daily dining, special events, and banquets
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Manage kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
