We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Packaging Designer to join our fast-paced dynamic team. This role will entail a balanced focus of 75% production work and 25% conceptual design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail packaging, branding, plan-o-grams (POGs), pallets, displays, and endcaps, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and a solid understanding of the CMYK printing process.

Develop and produce detailed packaging designs across various products ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Conceptualize innovative packaging and display design solutions that enhance brand visibility and appeal to consumers.
Skills And Minimum Qualifications :
Salary Range :
65,000 - $70,000 DOE. Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.
Location :
This position will report to our fully remote Retail Art Director and will be working in either a fully remote position, or if based in Orange County, on a hybrid-flex schedule in our Santa Ana office (currently in-office on Tuesdays and working from home the other days of the week, but subject to change).
