Bear Facility Supply, a growing B2B Facility Supply Company, has an immediate opening for an experienced and self-motivated Purchasing Agent for our Salt Lake City, Utah team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, with strong financial and accounting experience and must work well in a fast paced environment. This role requires detailed execution of Jan-San and hospitality materials. Role includes but isn't limited to, collaborating with vendors, analyzing market trends, financial reporting, maintaining a budget, along with various other accounting responsibilities.
- Oversee Inventory
- Handle financial and accounting responsibilities
- Maintain organization of warehouse while maintaining strong, positive working relationships with employees
- Produce Weekly inventory reports
- Evaluate and issue monthly purchase orders
- Build and Maintain Vendor relationships to effectively negotiate pricing, quality, and lead time
- Maintain Budgeted Inventory levels, and develop and implement cost saving measures
