Job Overview :

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage and grow the company’s presence across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to assess the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to align social media content with broader campaigns.

Requirements :

Experience : Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (2 years preferred).

Skills :

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Zoho Social, Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience managing paid social media campaigns, including targeting.

Knowledge :

In-depth understanding of major platforms and their algorithms.

Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting techniques.
