Blue Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center, located in Stoughton, Ma is seeking an experienced Director of Social Services.
Blue Hills is a Certified Demential Specialized Care Center serving residents with Alzheimer's and other types of Dementia.
Requirements :
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in social work or another human services field to include, but not limited to, sociology, gerontology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
- One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
- Must have at least an LSW (License Social Work)
