Position Summary
Provides occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist.
Provides occupational therapy services to residents by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
Education, Experience, and Licensure / Certifications
Must have an active state license or license eligible and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type.
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited program.
