We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist Intern to develop and produce an engaging recruitment and orientation video series for Bear River Health Department. This video series will serve as an essential tool to welcome new employees, communicate company culture, and provide essential information about our organization. Responsibilities & Learning Objectives :
- Collaborate with department leadership to outline video objectives, key messages, and target audience;
- Write and edit a compelling script that reflects the companys values, mission, and vision;
- Plan and organize the logistics of video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and coordinating with department employees;
- Operate video cameras and equipment, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound;
- Edit raw footage into a polished final product, incorporating graphics, animations, and voiceovers as needed;
- Present drafts to the Public Information Officer and incorporate feedback to finalize the video series;
- Ensure the final videos are accessible for distribution through our website and social media platforms.
