Field Sales Representative - Roofing

Job Summary: This position involves canvassing neighborhoods to identify homes with specific types of shingles, aiming to target potential customers for roof inspections. You will be responsible for effectively closing sales and scheduling roof inspections, then following up with customers regarding the scheduled inspection date and its results. If customers need to file an insurance claim, you will assist them in navigating the claims process and provide them with the necessary information. A CRM tool will be provided to manage customer details and keep your work organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvassing neighborhoods to identify homes with particular types of shingles.
• Engaging potential customers and closing sales for roof inspections.
• Following up with customers about the scheduled inspection and its results.
• Assisting customers in filing insurance claims by providing clear instructions and necessary information.
• Using a CRM system to track customer information and stay organized.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven sales ability, especially in door-to-door techniques.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in consumer-to-business (C2B) sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer information.
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
• Roofing knowledge or background is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
